Pacific Nylon Plastics Australia Pty Ltd is a small Perth company producing high quality injection moulded plastic products. Our specialty is designing and making the tooling and making products from engineering plastics such as nylon, polycarbonate and polyester. Many of the products we make replace metal components.
Our skilled staff work in conjunction with our customers to design and make products specific for there applications. With many years experience moulding engineering plastics we are able to advise on design and the best materials to use.
Using the latest in CAD / CAM technology we are able to produce prototypes, tooling and products at competitive prices. One of our specialties is doing small production runs or runs in a variety of colours. In many cases we carry stock of all our customers’ products so delivery can be next day.
While Pacific Nylon Plastics Australia specialty is making products for the marine industries, we now make products for many industries.
A large portion of the marine products in our catalogue are stocked and distributed world wide by Ronstan International Pty Ltd.
